customer, we will be happy to provide you with a list of those who have utilized our
services in the past. The rates for title insurance in Pennsylvania and New Jersey are
determined by the respective Departments of Insurance. Accordingly, we are not permitted
to negotiate the rate we charge for your title insurance premium. However, we will provide
you with an itemized list prior to closing of all charges which will appear on your
settlement sheet. There will be no surprises in our fees!
